Creating an Exercise Regime That Works for You
Just as there is no single eating style that works for everyone, there is no single approach to exercise that works for everyone. For a truly healthy body it’s important to include a variety of different types of exercise in your regime, but the exact mix that works for you will be different to what works for me. I certainly enjoy some types of exercise more than others but try and include a good mix of cardio work, strength training and stretching. I use exercise as a social activity; going walking and running with friends, as time out in nature; going for bush or beach walks, and, as a meditative and balancing activity; through Yoga and Pilates. ...read more.

One of the main reasons we fail to achieve any goal is because we don’t have a plan. “I’m going to eat healthier” is not a plan! A plan means understanding the detail of the specific things you are going to do to achieve your goal.
